  • dji.com.sg is in no way responsible for any and all damage caused to property be it your own or someone elses by the use of the products on this website.
  • By purchasing our products you agree to read the instruction manuals included with each product and to educate yourself on the safe use of the product.
  • By purchasing our products you agree to educate yourself on the legal responsibilities that you must follow that may apply to our products and in no way hold dji.com.sg responsible for your legal responsibilities.

Our products are made to be enjoyed and are a LOT of fun! We highly recommend you read up on your product and watch some videos (YouTube!) before using the Phantom. You will enjoy it all the more when you know how to safely operate your machine.

Most of all, have fun and take some great video / images.

NOTE: Our products are made to the highest standards and we don’t expect you to have any problems with them. Should there be an issue with a product you buy from us let us know and we will do our best to resolve it. Should your product not work as it should due to a manufacturing problem we will, at our discretion, either have it repaired at our expense which may involve it being sent back to the factory, replace it with the same or similar model, or alternatively you can choose another model from our range. If you choose another model and there is a price difference you, the customer, will have to make up the difference. We do not refund on products.

We aim to have happy customers and as such will endeavor to solve problems if they should arise.

Please note that damage caused by the user is not covered, however we can still work with you to get you back in the air.
